There's a bug that's been acknowledged that's a showstopper for many:

https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=411745

This will hopefully be addressed ASAP since someone from Avid has escalated it.

Wow. That's staggering.

Still, Avid operating expenses down, so swings and roundabouts.

I'm in the same boat. While the track cut bug affects more people, it's moot for me because I wouldn't have moved beyond 2019.6 anyway until they fixed the MIDI Event List bug.

You'd think a year would be long enough to get it right...

Best,

Geoff

Not fixing the midi event list bug for year now, not bringing up the HDX Voice Update...But limit a limited software to much more limitation...
Its comedy at all...

From the lack of substance evidenced in this latest update it appears that they have only one software developer left, and he only works one day a week (and takes three hours for lunch and two - one hour breaks, then takes off an hour early).

This is the new Avid Defend Slogan... Hey, they fixed 300 Bugs...

So if you criticize Avid... Then the perfect answer is... EYYYY, they fixed 300 Bugs...

PS: Damm Avid must fix the bugs... We are all paying a lot for our stupid plans (PT and Ultimate)... And other people pay their subscription...
Whats happening to all the money... Answer... Eyyy, they fixed 300 Bugs

This says to me that +300 bugs were more important to Avid than the MIDI Events List bug many of us have been waiting a year for them to address.

I suppose I should be happy that at least 2019.6 works for me. I would like to try folder tracks someday though...

Best,

Geoff
