Thread ripper 1950x
Hey guys anyone here running a thread ripper 1950x with pro tools? I was wondering if there is any issues with it or not because I am getting ready to build a new computer and I don't know if there is any compatibility issues with it or not
And for the 1000 dollar price tag you really can't beat 16 cores 32 threads |

Re: Thread ripper 1950x
This looks interesting. I have always used Intel builds but this AMD chip looks pretty good. Let us know if you go ahead with this and the performance of your system.
A great place to check out chip benchmarks is here: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html |
