I have a protools perpetual license and have not yet received my 12.6 update registration. I am lock out of protools at the moment and need to reinstall 12.5. Can I get some help with this please?

Opened case 03052477, received a reply and a temporary license immediately on 10/05, but never activated it (because I can't update my system based on it). Received no reply to my case update on 10/23. Still waiting for the permanent license after 21 days.

Well...not all true, I did receive a temporary 30 day license but it fells unsafe using it...what if my own license won't be there when this one expires?
Then I will be in big trouble.

Have asked Avid when my license will be there but to that no response.
Guess I will remain on 12.5.2 until I have more info and my license.

I lost my trust in Avid. As an HD owner I pay 428 euro a year for something that supposed to be "ExpertPlus Support" and they even won't respond to my case or your question. And we're not the only one.
