Default High-pitched noise when Pro Tools runs

Hello,

I just set up my new iMac Intel G5 and Mbox 2 and as soon as I open Pro Tools, I hear a constant, high-pitched ringing sound that doesn't go away until I close Pro Tools. I read one thread that said I should try changing the USB cable and I did, but it didn't affect anything. I even tried two other USB cables. I tried moving the speakers away from the computer, moving the Mbox away from the computer, etc., and no movement of equipment had any affect. I've run out of things to try. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help,

-Andy
