Default New 002/003 driver control panel doesn't draw properly

After installing the new (version 11.0) Avid 002 and 003 family driver, its icon shows up in my System Preferences but, when I click on the icon, the window for the control panel opens but does not finish drawing, or it draws incorrectly.

Apart from that, the driver itself seems to be working properly.

I've attached a screen shot of what the control panel looks like.

Any suggestions?
