Jog Wheel settings for Logic 9?

Hi, just acquired an MC control which seems very nice to use at first look.
Default jog wheel setting scrolls through 1 bar at a time in logic.
adjusting sensitivity doesn't make any difference. still jumps one bar at a time, although I'm spinning the wheel further.
How do i make tie increments in logic smaller so i can scroll through beats/ticks etc?
