Default Projectmix only allows 2 inputs

I just got a M Audio Projectmix i/o and I am upgrading from an Mbox2 so I installed Mpowered and I got everything synced up and working with Mpowered and my projectmix except that when I go to select an insert in pro tools it only has 4 options, input 1, input 2 and S/PDIF.L and S/PDIF.R. Is there an option or something I need to change so I can have the choice of all 8 mic pre inputs?

You need to reset your I/O setup.
Go there, select all - delete.
Then load defaults

Ok, my problem is that I can't get S-PDIF to be recognized by PTs as an option...it's italicized and says n/a, for the path. How can I get S-PDIF to be recongnized by PTs, and I guess by my M-Audio. I went to the Projectmix, mixpage and S/PDIF is selected...but PTs won't recognize. Thanks

The analog inputs seem to work..

Did you change the sync source in the Project Mix (software) control panel - under the 'hardware' tab? Needs to be set to external, from what I understand.

Have you created S/PDIF paths in the I/O setup panel?
