Ram Allocation OSX
How do you change ram allocation for PT 6 in OS X? Also, it seems PT will not allow me to change DAE playback buffer size.

Re: Ram Allocation OSX
In OSX you can't change RAM allocation. It is adjusted by the OS whenever the program needs more.

Re: Ram Allocation OSX
there really is a way, change the percentage used in playback engine. It does make a difference, up the percentage if you are mainly running PT on your OSX machine. don't bother though, unless you get errors. I got them when trying to run Stylus and Indigo and fixed it by upping percentage to about 70%. (i think it defaults to 40%.
