Eleven Rack Editor Won't open

HI, I just purchased a new 11r, Registered it, Downloaded the 11R editor.
It opened once. I shut the Computer down, restarted it ,Windows 7-64 bit, Now the Editor won't open. I get a popup that says " the licensing service required to activate this software is not running, Please reinstall the product or down and run the iLok license manager installer here"
The 11r Firmware is Version 2.0.1 and it has the Expansion pack installed and the newest driver. Any help please. I don't use Pro tools, Just want to get the Editor working. Thank you

OK,I have narrowed down!
I must remove and reinstall I lok manager every time I shut down. Any Ideas? Thanks to all

This could be a permissions issue. Can you try reinstalling the software as administrator. First, I would uninstall the editor and reboot before reinstalling. Then right click on the installer and choose Run as Admin.
Once reinstalled, see if you can reboot and have the editor come up.

You do have the iLok plugged in all the time right? Have you turned off Windows power management to the USB ports? Unless you do so Windows has a nasty habit of turning off the USB port power. Do you disconnect anything from the computer from one use to the next? If you do, particularly the USB cables or the iLok, make sure they go back to the same port(s) they were in originally.

Found the problem. under "Services" Pace was turned off. Thanks to all
