Default TDM plugin Noise

I am using PT7.31 HD2 on intel mac, with WAVES gold 5.08 and Autotune 5 , when add more than one TDM plugins in one track and play it, there are noise may occur, it is like feedback or overload noise, continuously during playback.

when use only Autotune 5 TDM,it is ok, but when add compressor or EQ on this track and play, then the noise begin. using Autotune naive combine with other TDM plugin is OK.

I aslo tried to insert a compressor and a reverb together to one track, there is same problem. I know reverb should not used as an insert, I don't know if the noise is occur because of this.

some other TDM plugin have this problem too, but more occasionally.

does anyone know the solutions? thank you for reply.
