Default Weird Problem

I went to open a session and I got a message before opening that said some regions had invalid bounds and had to be adjusted or deleted. When I click no to the detailed report the only thing on the screen is the transport. The 003 console shows the tracks on the unit. The faders even move into position. When I hit play I am only hearing the drum track. What gives? Did I lose the session?

I am running PT 8.0.5 with the 003 console on a IMAC

Thanks for any help you guys can give
