Cant get any sound from pro tools!!

I got pro tools and ive tried setting up i/o but i dont get any sound through headphones/ speakers that are connecting in the headphone jack in the audio interface behringer u-phoria umc22 that i use.
Is it even possible to get sound fron there or do you have to have "real" speakers that plugs in at the back with one left and one right or does it work through the headphone jack in the interface? if how do i setting it up?
