Default using external mic pre\'s...

How's the best way to bypass the mic pre's on chnls 1-4... I'm currently coming out of my external mic pre's and into the TRS inputs on the back of the 002R...thanks...

All you need to do is set your 1 thru 4 to Line/INST and then hook your pre to the 1 thru 4 TRS input. Sounds like you already did that.

Yeah, I do... but chnl 1 on the 002R got accidently moved without me knowing it... I spent 30 min trying to figure out why I was getting so much gain out of chnl 1... the gains still work on 1-4 when everything is set to line input... strange..

I'm using a C24... loving it. I have the API 3124 (4 pre's), Grace 802 (2 pres), UA6176 (1 pre), Digimax and some other things.. so I don't need the console or 002R pre's.. I'd just like to bypass them all together..
