Phantom power and mic with power supply?

Hi all!
I have a problem, I want to use the M-S recording technique with my octane preamp, caus it has this feature, with a Rode K2 mic and a AKG C3000b, but the AKG requires phantom power and the K2 has a power supply and the preamp will only put phantom on both channels at the same time! Will the phantom power harm the power supply of the Rode mic? It doesn´t say in the manual if you can use phantom with the mic pluged in.

You should be fine, the only mic's you have to be EXTREMELY carefull not to put on a phantom bank, are ribbon microphones.

Dynamic mics, and Tube Mic power supplies will ignore the 48vdc.

However, an improperly wired mic cable, carrying phantom can blow up a condenser.
