(Forgive me if this has been asked a million times, but I didn't find the answer after a quick search)...
Is it possible for my Digi002 Console to be used as an audio interface with my 2012 MacBook Pro without ProTools? i.e. as a `generic` audio device, with, say, Audacity? I assume the connection would be made via firewire. I don't have the MBP with me to test, so hoping someone out there knows if it's possible, and if so, I will pursue it. Thanks, Geoff |

It SHOULD work, but I'm not the last word on this as I have always run Windows. In any case, firewire is the only way to use the 002. Thunderbolt can adapt to firewire, but USB can't. The question is really if there is a Core Audio driver for the 002 that works with your version of Mac OS,
