Default Can’t view shared tracks

A client recently shared a project with me via cloud collaboration and we can’t figure out how to get it to work. I see in the artist chat box that they’ve shared tracks with me but I don’t see them anywhere, and automatic downloads is turned on.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Default Re: Can’t view shared tracks

My experience is that automatic download can clog the download, I prefer to turn it off and download one track at the time.
