Structure not working 11.2.2 HDX

On my fourth day of rasslin' with Structure.
PTools 11.2.2 HD
HDX
Mac 10.8.5
32 gigs RAM
Structure 2.0.2 - newest

Structure opens fine. I can load ANY patch on opening. Finds samples etc just fine. After I load 2 or 3, depending on the size of the sample, it "Can't find samples" even though it could find those samples if I deleted the multi patch instance or multiple instances.
I've talked to Numark and Avid about this. Done everything we could and no go. Have installed and re-installed maybe five times, deleted pref's, repaired permissions and all the usual fixes.
I would ignore Structure if I hadn't used it for demo's for a film I'm scoring. Now client has approved the demo and Structure has pooped out on me.
It started in 10.3.8. It still happens in both Pt 10 and 11.

I'm on a deadline! Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Does it work any better with Mavericks or Yosemite Sam?
This is day 6. Losing $$$ hand over fist. Avid has been incredibly helpful. Air… well.

Sorry, can't be of more help.
I think Avid and AIR were not ready for a 64 bit marriage in OS X 10.8.5
I returned to PT 10.3.9 and 32 bit land.

You've got plenty of RAM. I thought that may be my problem.
I now think it is just the AIR code.

Well, I tried it in both 10.3.9 and 11.2.2
I'm trying a new way of installing today - Day Seven of The Air Music Tech Involuntary Guinea Pig Dance.
I'm uninstalling everything, will then just install the sort of LE version of the Air Music Tech that comes w PT and see how that works. COuld be the latest version of the full Air stuff that's whack.
We'll see.

Oregon? I lived in Potland for 13 years. Loved it. Got too busy for me. Then moved to this island off the west coast of Canada. It's great.

I think the crux of the biscuit with Structure has something to do with where it is looking for data. It seems to be hardwired to a certain location. I did a lot of searching for, moving, creating Structure folders in my quest for joy. The Creative pack and Expansion pack place their folders in different places. I tried moving the Structure patches to various locations. No luck
