Default RAM manufacturers

Hi guys
I have two questions:
can anyone suggest a good ram manufacturer?
just give a name - cheers
and something else
i have 512RAM in my PC but the 256 is at 133 and the other 256 is at 100 - this means that all of them are working at 100 MHZ
Is that bad ? if yes how bad is it?

THnx a lot

My favorite is Crucial
www.crucial.com

They were fast on delivery, their website answers lots of questions, ordering is real easy, and their prices are really good.
