Default My Products Page

Hello,
I registered my Pro Tools 10 boxed product yesterday and got an email confirmation but I do not see it in the "My Products" page on Avid. I only see the Reverb One and Tele Ray plug ins that I downloaded but no Pro Tools 10.
Is it supposed to show up there?

Avid is relying more now on generic downloads not pushing PT 10 to individual accounts. Google is your friend here, or here is the 10.3.5 download page...

I just figured that they would have a page
That shows that I own and registered Pro Tools.
The way that Native Instruments and XLN does.

To answer your question, yes the product should show up under your My products page, I'm not sure of the current lag in doing that.

You have a license on an iLok right and are running? If not you can contact Avid with product registration help for free.

Yeah I have a license on my iLok which I just leave plugged into my keyboard usb slot. I thought Avid charges for their support?
