PT10.3.3 - Win7 - 9172 - Clearing Memory Cache
I've been getting this error for the past couple days consistently.
Clearing Memory Cache was the fix for me (9172 error). I even went as far as Clearing DNS Cache. Hope this helps. http://www.addictivetips.com/windows...ndows-7-cache/
