Default Helper tool?
"Pro Tools is trying to install a new helper tool"

As a sysadmin I'm not a big fan of obscurity. What is Pro Tools 11 installing, and where is it installing to?

All the previous releases installed the helper tools, but since 11 doesn't have an official installer that asks to elevate rights you get that prompt when PT starts and sees it needs to install the tool into the system or local library (don't remember which). It's the digishoe something or other - everything thing else is now contained in the app package.

Execute dtrace in Terminal before approving this installation. dtrace should capture what was installed and where.
