Contact Info - Academic Eligibility

Got a little fed up with being on hold and the couple email address I've tried have bounced me around a bit.

Does anyone have an avid email address I can send my letter of employment so I can confirm it meets Avid's requirements before I purchase the non-refundable copy of pro tools 10 for Faculty?

Good luck!.. I can't even get an answer from them about online courses and/or accredited faculties here in Quebec. I'm not sure you'll get an answer to your question either.

After contacting multiple re-ssellers, the avid store, and finally going through the operator at Avid I've been told the Academic Eligibility is determined by a third party company.

As far as I can see I should be eligible, made the purchase last night. Fingers crossed.
