Default Dae error -9131 when attempting to record

I have an iBook G4 1.42GHz 512RAM hooked up to my MBox2 running PTLE v.7.0 recording on a LaCie 250GB USB 2.0 MAC extended journaled partitioned external hard drive meeting all the requirements listed on your website (In fact, it was your tech support that told me to get this hard drive). When I attempt to record the error DAE error -9131 appears. I've searched your answerbase and found a few answers, all of which I tried and still have the same problem. Please help!

The only work around I've found is recording to hard drive and making a copy of session to ext. hard drive. More work but I can start recording now.

USB drives are not compatible with Pro Tools. You need to use a compatible Firewire drive.

Thanks! I purchased a LaCie D2 Firewire and all is well...for storage. Next, figuring out this BFD plug-in...
