d-fx user presets

i realise other people have had this problem on this page, but
any news on the fix?
ever since the upgrade to 4.3 (i now have 4.3.2)my version of dfx cannot load presets (and i have some cool ones!)

audiotrack (yea i know, but it's cool in it's own way) works fine as well as digirack compressor/ eq. i hate to complain, but IT WORKED BEFORE THE UPGRADE.
