Pro Tools Keeps shutting down

Recently during recording I went to save a song and the message "Could not complete the Open Session... command because Neo Assertion in"/Volumes/Development/vb_cliff/AlturaPorts/SDKs/Neo61/Libraries/Mactintosh/Enviroments/Alone/../../../../Source/CNeoFreeList.cpp", line 806. popped up on the screen.

Ok im very confused here because this gibberish does not make any damn sense to me and when I pull up songs now the tracks are gone, and when I click out and put do not save, this crap flashes up on the screen. Ive tried re installing the disc but that does me no good. Im running my Mbox Mini through a Macintosh Mac Pro with Safari 10.4.11. Any help would be greatly appreciated, because as of now my recording has completly stopped.
