Default Audio measure subdivision and importing Sibelius

Hello,
Hope someone can help with this.

I have guitar part recorded in audio in Protools. I made and orchestral score in Sibelius for guitar, strings, and woodwinds. There are many complex meter changes in the piece which is all written in the Sibelius score.

The question is:
How do I subdivide the measures in Protools so that when I import Sibelius it synchronizes with the audio guitar part? Because of the complex meter changes and syncopations, do I need to further subdive the beats in Protools? How do I do this?

Protools 8.0.3
OSX Leapord 10.5.8
2.66 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 DDR3

Thanks for any help
Grateful
