Default emailing pt session

Hi All,
Please forgive me if this question has been asked before (I have tried searching for it in the archives but must not be using the right keyword)
Is is possible to email a pro tools session? (it's under 1gb in size)?
When I try to make an attachment in my email program, it won't take the whole folder..w/separate audio files, session file, etc.

Any help appreciated,
J.D

you must compress it first, right click on the session folder, go to "send to" the "compressed folder". use that as the attachment to email. of course must be uncompressed when downloaded.

Compress it using WinRar ,then send it using a site such as yousendit

Usually, e-mail clients like hotmail/g-mail etc. only accept a certain size file, usually no more than 10mb,
