PT Express won't open/ Can't transfer License

I have resently purchased the Pro Tools express (with the MPC Renaissance) from someone and I can't transfer the iLok license. I can't open PT at all. I even have the original account info and it won't transfer. I have added the the auth code to my account and it shows up on AVID.com but I just can't get it to work on my machine it won't let me transfer or anything. Please help!

You have to have the original owner transfer the license to you..... If it is transferable.... You state you have access to the original owners iLok account?? Is that correct?

Similar problem. I had Pro Tools Express, have account ilok activation code etc, but my computer required some work and i lost the downloaded program in the process. Is it possible to re activate the program again on my computer?

You should be able to download pte from you avid account and if your authorizations are still on your ilok. You should be fine.
