Default What is the best tutorial book for pro tools???

o.k....please forgive all these silly questions...but... what would be the best book for me to buy to get simplest yet most thorough training in Pro Tools?

i purchased the VTC Training videos for Pro Tools and it helpful...but it seems to be over my head. i am just gettting started if you couldn't tell. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

any help would be greatly appreciated.

No such thing as "silly questions".

I get a lot out of "Producing in the home studio with Pro Tools" by David Franz. I used it quite often and still refer to it from time to time...

I got mine at Amazon.com

The book "Pro Tools in One Hour (coffee break included)"
exists in iPad, iPhone, Kindle and paperback editions and is updated to PT 10.

I'm partial to Pro Tools Ignite(they have released a version for PT10 so its very up to date). I bought the Ignite for version 8 and thought it excellent.
