StudioPal 1.21 by MuscleFish software can do this. It costs $69.95.

Thanks, we do use StudioPal. However, SP's math doesn't always align with PT (when converting from FF to timecode). Digi, I think you use samples as the common denominator and then convert to what ever is required, true?
