Pro Tools 11.3 Trial refuses to run

I downloaded it and, followed all the procedures, I am using a iLok2, I registered the iLok on iLok.com site, and when I open the PT and an error message appears:

'You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations avaiable.
You do not have pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software.
You may need to visit Avid web site to get a license deposited to your account.'

I tried in 2 iMacs (OS X 10.10.3 e 10.10.4), unsuccessfully. What could I do?

When you sign up for the Trial you input your iLok User ID and Avid sends you a license.

Open the iLok License Manager and check the Available Tab. Do you have the trial license for PT11?

If so, drag and drop it on to your iLok 2.
