PT unexpectedly quit

For some reason my PT sessions are quiting after they have been loaded for a short period. I'm using PT 6.1.2 with a Digi 002 OS 10.2.6. on G4 1.4.
There are a lot of plugins but the cpu meter isn't in the red.

Also how do you remove demo plugins.
