CPTK to HD license issue

I have recently bought an upgrade to PT HD from CPTK from a local retailer in the UK (my license on the ilok is listed as Pro Tools 11 Bundle containing 10 and 11, subtype Locked Group - the Complete Production Toolkit is listed separately).
I went through the Activation Process which stopped at the ilok account 'handshake'/verification with the message "Your ILok account doesn't have any licenses for upgrade".
I don't have an ASC because i can't get past the ilok stage and am trying to find a link to some kind of support in order to fix the 'glitch' (all the ones i found link to this page http://www.avid.com/US/Support/Contact/audio-support).

Qualifying upgrades
To upgrade or crossgrade to Pro Tools 12 or Pro Tools | HD 12, you must own one of the following Pro Tools licenses, which will need to be surrendered upon activation:

Pro Tools | HD upgrades*
Pro Tools | HD 9, 10, or 11 (or 12 if you purchased a new Pro Tools | HD system)
Pro Tools 9 or 10 with the Complete Production Toolkit



Perhaps if you “Holler for a Jeffro” (in a nice way, 'cos he's been super-helpful to many others!) – see:

you may get the current Upgrade from CPTK details to include Pro Tools 10 and 11 (like it used to include them).

Hopefully, it's just an oversight - and that's the reason "the computer says no!" at this stage.



Workaround – you could always buy a used Pro Tools 9 license (with US$25 iLok transfer fee) to use for your Upgrade – for example:

You could then sell your Pro Tools 10 & 11 license.

Don’t worry – I’m sure Avid wants your money – as well as that of all the other current owners of Pro Tools 10 & 11 with the Complete Production Toolkit.
