Eleven MK II in Pro Tools 10?

Hi..
I'm running pro tools 10, and I've just upgraded eleven to eleven mk2, but can't seem to get it to work..The 10.3.3 installer just installs version 1..
Has anyone got the proper installer, or what one should I use?

Did you try the v12 installer?

For PT10 you would want the RTAS or AAX32 bit version, but I can see that going through the install doesn't give you any format choices and the 10.3.3 version just installs the LE version and TDM version which is indeed v1. I'd try the v12 installer.

Did you try 10.3.7 or 10.3.9 updated that might help u. But don't quote me on this tho: :)

Hi..Yeah, I tried the 12 installer..no joy, although I might have had v1 installed at the time, so I'll try it again..was hoping someone might have gotten it working..avid said to use the 10.3.3,..there's surely one that works somewhere..

Tried the 12 installer there again with no previous version installed..it seems to have installed on the x64 side of Windows(7)..even when I moved it to the x86 program files folder it doesn't work..

Not really. If you want support from Avid you get to pay for it, or at least burn a complimentary ASC. The Avid web site has all the info you need to contact support.

But they are on the forum aren't they?..I've already spent e105 on the plugin..instead of the $99 that was advertised to get me there..I emailed them and after 3 emails she just stopped replying..It's advertised as working on pt10..I've wasted e25 to ask them a question before..this is a joke..
