Pro Tools Activation??

Before I go any further I should mention that when I first bought Eleven Rack and Protools I registered with another email account that I can no longer access and I cannot for the life of me remember the password, so I had to create a new account for the PT crossgrade for ProTools.

So, anyway, after having to wait a couple of days after injuring my back at a Jujutsu lesson I went to purchase the crossgrade offer for ProTools LE to PT11 and I have to enter this:

"Serial Number of qualifying hardware"

Now I bought the Eleven Rack yonks ago where would I find the serial number or am I going to have to contact Avid and try and sort out the issue mentioned at the top of the email .

Oh bugger - that's what I was trying to avoid!!! My back is still extremely sore and I am going to have to move a lot of stuff and get a torch to see it .
