I'm pretty sure you won't have hassles with Ozone 4 as that has loaded on to my machine ok. Mind you, I'm running 32 bit, not 64. Good luck

I have Win 7 64 installed and love it. I have just finished installing PT8cs3 and (I hope I don't regret saying this!!!) it seems to be working absolutely beautifully. Quick, smooth and the system usage results are significantly lower than before on my old XP partition.

Please note that I have not installed any of the non-standard plugins yet but xpand2, DB33, Boom, Vacuum and Mini Grand seem to be playing the game so far.

I'll update if and when I get Structure LE, Transfuser, Ozone 4, RealStrat, Miroslav Philharmonik, Strike, EZ Drummer, Hybrid, M-Tron Pro, Pod Farm and Melodyne installed successfully.

If this all works I will be a very happy man!

Paul

The issue with Ozone 4 and 64bit is with ilok authorization. There is a workaround, let me know if anyone needs it.

How do I or where do I delete DAE and Prefs and Digi Data base files in W7?

The support utility does not work.

C:> program files> common files> digidesign> dae> preferences. Right click and delete the file.

I had a problem earlier with W7 forgetting how much RAM I had.

I have gotten that stabilized by adjusting my timings.

That is solid now.

I am having another problem now with W7 and PT.

I can open most of my same sessions I have on the XP side of things.

Except one.

The session loads. Edit windows comes up with all regions. But it just sits there unresponsive and causes the OS to lock up.

I have deleted prefs but i get the same deal.

Any suggestion on how to trouble shoot this?
