Artist Mix - text on OLED is cut off at the top
I seem to remember this was a problem a while back, and then it went away for a short period, but now it's back again. The very top of the track names, etc. on the OLED displays on my two MIX units are cut off. If the track is called "TOT" it looks like "IUI". On the control it's a little better but still a tiny bit cut off. Latest EuCon version and latest firmware on all boxes. PT 10.2 with CPTK, Mac OS 10.6.8.
If anyone else has seen the same thing let me know if there's a way to fix it. If support folk are listening, chime in please. It's usable but very annoying. Thanks B |

Same Problem Here. Both on Mix and Transport. I sent pictures to Obedia but haven't seen how to post them here. If you find out let me know and I will do same. Not really usable for me

This may solve your problem courtesy of "Recording Room"
Re: EuCon 2.6.2 incompatible with Retina MacBook Go to the Finder, into the Applications folder, find the Eucon application, right click on it (quit first if it's running), and you'll see a checkbox that says: Run in low resolution. Check that box. Now run again. That should solve your problem. |
