Awesome, I rolled back to 10.3.7 and now the splash screen blinks and goes away. Can't open Pro Tools. Any ideas while I troubleshoot?

Has anyone been able to do a safe uninstall plus deleting the files manually trick?

I am really dreading reinstalling all of my plugins.

I did a clean uninstall, trashed prefs and a few other left behind files and reinstalled and it was fine. I did not have to reinstall my plugins.

Yup, a clean un-install does not remove your plugins. It only removes a couple of extra Avid related, but unimportant to almost all users, files. I've, unfortunately, done it many many times with no problems whatsoever.

BUMP !

AVID , where is the update ???

I had a strange issue where I had input monitoring on one track even though it was not input monitor activated nor record armed !
