Default Quantizing is muting midi notes

Midi is recording fine with the DB-33 but muting when quantization is applied. All I hear is a click afterward. Then I manually removed a note boundary, and that note will play. Am I missing a setting here somewhere? Same results with input quantize.

Thanks
Rick

Are you sure you don't have double/duplicate notes?

Duplicating midi clips sometimes deletes the first note of the clip. I don't know why this hasn't been fixed yet. The same happens with audio, they never are exact on the grid, sometimes overlapping, sometimes leaving a few samples between them. Is that what is happening to you?

Yes, the click track was recorded along with the focused track. This left a thin black midi line representing the click track connected to the desired notes being recorded. I deleted the click track and the recorded midi quantized normally.

Thanks
Rick
