Default Frames for Aux Option in Track View Selector
In windows, when I "alt" click and select "waveform" for the track view selector, my Aux Tracks change to "Frames", I don't see "Frames" as an option for an Aux Track.

I am on W10 Pro, 12.5HD. Does this happen, the same on W8 or W7?

Frames is from a Video Track ... i believe it is a known bug ... weird one for sure ..

I'm having a similar issue now in 12.5. The Volume playlist lane on all my Aux channels has been changed to "Frames" which doesn't exist on an Aux channel. I don't even have the video engine enabled.

If I switch to any other option and switch back, everything's fine, but yet another annoying bug to have fixed...

Just tried reopening the session and it does not change anything.

I ran into this almost right after updating to 12.5, reported it to avid, they confirmed they could reproduce so they do know about it.

Same problem here - PTHD 12.5.2 on Mac OS 10.11.3 - video engine turned off.

Good grief. I reported this in March 2016 for 12.5 and it was fixed for the dot release. Why does stuff like this keep coming back???
