Default How to do pick-up bar in PTF

I have some music that has a two beat pick-up before the song starts. I'd like to set-up some offset in PTF so I can have the bars line right (instead of having bar 10 really being bar 9). Is any way to do this?

I've look through the .pdf that came with PTF but can't find it.
