Pro Tools 2018.1 won't start
Hi! I have tried to upgrade from 12.7.1 to 2018.1 but it don't work. When I try to open Pro Tools it says that I don't have any license on my iLok. My plan will expire June 01 2018. I don't see anything wrong in the iLok License Manager. Does anybody know what to do? Thanks.

Re: Pro Tools 2018.1 won't start
Welcome to the community.
Searched based on your email address and found an iLok account (with no iLoks or licenses) but no Avid account. Would help to know the email address and iLok User ID, but not wise to post that in public so best to start a support case via the Access The Support Center link in my.avid.com. In the mean time, make sure you have your iLok connected (with the license activated), that the Release Limit date (Show Details in iLM) allows for v2018.1, and that iLok License Manager is up to date. These might help as well: avid.force.com/pkb/articles/Error_Message/trying-to-run-a-newer-version-of-Pro-Tools-than-allowed-by-your-license avid.force.com/pkb/articles/FAQ/iLok-Cloud-FAQ
