Bug: muted MIDI tracks still send controller data

I'm finding that muted MIDI tracks still send volume and program control data, and I assume other data too. This is a real problem, because there is no way to disable a midi track short of messing up its assigned output.

This is not good; it gets in the way of being able to save your work and/or have instant recall.
