Radium 49 not showing up in midi studio anymore?

I have 3 controllers that showed up in my Midi studio for a while and now my radium 49 wont show up for some reason. it was fine yesterday and then it just went grayed out. i tried to download the updated drivers again and it still wont show up. I removed the grayed out version and tried to add new device and I dont even have an option to install m-audio anymore. But it notices my oxygen 8 and my akai controllers still. I had it connected to my usb hub and it worked fine until yesterday. not sure what is going on now though. any suggestions?

I would try having it go direct to the machine and bypass the hub. I'm using the Radium61 here without an issue but it goes direct.

Sounds like you have a connection problem.

yeah, i tried that and it didnt work either...i even tried to swap out the midi cable and direct connect on 2 different ports...no luck....hmmmmm

That's weird. What has changed recently with your setup?

the only thing i did was connect my regular keyboard to the back of my computer by usb in the last empty slot is what i can think of. i have a wireless keyboard as well but i wanted to use the number keys on my other one instead...the radium still worked at 1st as did the other 2 controllers but then the next time PT booted up they were grayed out. I tried to connect them in the midi studio again and nothing. so i rebooted and they came back fine. then the next time i turned on my computer the radium is not showing up at all. i left them usb hub connected the whole time so not sure what the issue is. I went back the old setup with my wireless in the meantime and its just not showing up....

Please try the trashing of MIDI preferences in one of the replies in the General Troubleshooting thread. If that doesn't work, test from a new admin account and let us know if it shows up properly in the new account.

well, i followed those "trash prefs" instructions and got the same result. i created a new acct and it still didnt show up there either so i deleted that newly created acct as well. i uninstalled the previous downloadable updated m-audio drivers and reinstalled those too. i tried to direct connect to another usb port on the back of the computer. i reconnected it back to the hub....and it still wont show up. i dont even have an m-audio option to choose from in the drop down menu unless i type that in...and that does no good either. wow! not sure what happened here........
