New problem with sending and receiving
We're having a new issue with not being able to connect to the server externally via the Digiclient.
Internally, there are no issues. Externally, we can logon to the server via IE or Safari. When trying to send a delivery from an external address, the Digiclient says that it couldn't locate or contact the host server. We're using the same IP address that we've always used, and it is the same address that we're using to logon to the server via a browser. When trying to download a delivery externally, we get a similar message. Even trying to paste the dgd link in the Digiclient "Open Access URL" window fails. Anyone got any ideas? UPDATE: The issue has been resolved. UPDATE UPDATE: Whenever a moron client calls and complains that he can't send or receive anymore, don't waste any time trying to help him. Tell him to give permission for the Digiclient to access the internet through the software firewall that he recently installed.
