PT24 ot PTMix(plug-in support)

I'm a s8 user and was thinking of upgrading
to PT 24.However I'm concerned about plug-in availability.Will companies write plug-ins for the PT 24 system and PT Mix+?Or will they just write for theMix+?Do you have a list of plug-ins available for PT24 NT?Also will Waves and Antares be available on the PC?(I heard a rumor that companies that supported the DAL V8 couldn't write for PT NT-I hope its not true)
