Default Window Configuration Issues

Pro Tools ultimate v23.12.1.138 with HD Native (core card) running on Mac Pro 2019 (16-core) with macOS Monterey v12.6 using two Sony display monitors via HDMI format broke the window configuration stability. Any saved window configuration settings do not work properly.
I use 2 screens for my Mac Pro. I set them up as one working space. My mouse is able to move from the left screen to the right one and vise versa without any issue. I always position the Edit Window on the Left screen and the Mix Window on the Right screen. I always save any Pro Tools session the same way. I really hate to drag the Mix Window with the mouse from the Left screen to its proper position which is on the Right screen because Pro Tools Ultimate v23.12.1.138 messes up after a relaunch what was properly saved in terms of positions.
Window Configurations feature allows me to be well organized and to work more efficiently. The fact that the Window Configurations feature is broken makes me sick and frustrated again.
Avid, when we customers do not pay for our $399.00 subscription fee we get a punishment without any delay. For me, the window configuration feature is a at the top of the list of Pro Tools features. Please, try to fix this issue as soon as possible.

The annual subscription include tech support when it comes to Pro Tools Ultimate. Since I posted I haven't received any response or help from Avid. This is how Avid makes money for doing nothing.

Did you create a support case through Avid Link? This forum is not for support cases. While some folks do end up getting supported cases on here, it is not the norm and you need to follow proper protocol to get a case started for your issue.

Window Configurations are session specific. Not system specific.

I cannot find any support case open under the Email you registered here on the DUC. Last case opened was back in 2019 (case 03711319)

What's the case number of your recent ticket so I can check ASAP.
