Default Driver doesn't want to install on Win 7

Hey all,

Recently purchased a Pro Tools | Duet interface. Setup and installation was fine on my custom PC (running Windows 7 64 bit) but when I tried to install the driver on my laptop (running Windows 7 32 bit), it simply quits after the progress bar gets to "Control Panel Installing" (after "vcredist_x86 installing"). I am definitely running it in Administrator mode. It kind of installs some corrupted version of the PT IO control app but when I open it it's basically a blank gray window. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Thanks
