Hi,
I'm having a problem where I can't sign into protools. I get an error saying that my cloud plan as lapsed (I don't have a cloud plan save for what comes free with PTF and I don't put any projects on the cloud). I cancel the error dialog box and the top right of the dashboard dialog says "Signing in..." but it never signs in. Any idea on how I can get back into protools? Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance. |

Ok. When I checked this this morning it was working again.
