i do not if you have solved your problem yet but here i have almost all PTHD6 versions, i think i have one PTHD7 (not sure), i have one PTHD8 and PTHD5.x on OS9.


My G4 is perfectly working so i can convert the audios for you if you want.

My tests have shown that it won't open as easily as described, but there's hope.

Old sessions must be renamed to have the .pts extension, and the audio files will be considered missing so you have to relink them. If there's an easy way to relink I don't know of it. It takes a lot of tedious clicking to find the right files for PT to search in, etc.

The Find and Relink process in general is far too archaic.

yep there might be an easy way to relink audio : is to rename the .sd2 extension by .wav and that should do the trick


You can use automator in case there is lot's of audio files
